This is a brief action plan. JUST for this week, but the objective is to complete the agreements with telecoms before the end of the year. Managers want to achieve anything before the end of this year (it was not exaclt a very productive year for them), we can capitalize on that.

EBS license EBS license is a prerequisite for both zain and Sudani. We don’t necessarily be using it in practice, since the goal is to workaround ebs issues, but it’s literally the first thing they asked me about. This week things will progress nicely This week meetings and get concrete written email. Already reached for new ebs employees and sent them email
Solus guys You know them too well. I know them even more. The deal and talks with PayMob has stopped and we can seize this opportunity to make use of what Solus has: the license. I spoke to Amjad, he doesn’t have any issues with us integrating with them. Abdu / Sam or Hamdi can further take on the conversation with Amjad and co. White-labeled banking app Full POS dedicated to lure in banks to our network. The end goal is a workaround ebs issues and be ready when ebs is gone out of business, we still have access to the bank’s core systems and as a result we can offer our drop-in replacement to ebs. A direct result is to help us get good deals from the banks in terms of service implemented and other integrations we might see fit. The same source code of tuti mPOS will be used. tbd
